“My goal is to leave people feeling better than when I met them.”
Growing up in a military family, Kelly intimately understands the unique challenges of service life – from frequent moves and adapting to new schools, to processing the complex emotions of having a parent in uniform during the height of the troubles in the Falklands, Northern Ireland and Iraq. These early experiences shaped her deep appreciation for resilience and adaptability, which she now honours by volunteering with First Responder organizations to stay connected with this remarkable community.
Kelly’s life journey has been anything but straightforward, from producing television commercials in the UK to practicing psychology in Australia. Along her path, she has lived in the UK, USA, and Germany, while raising three children. These varied experiences are not just stories from her past; they profoundly influence how she connects with clients today. Having changed careers later in life, Kelly understands that life rarely follows a straight line and embraces this reality. This wealth of experiences provides a unique, relatable perspective in her psychology practice, making her especially attuned to clients navigating life transitions.
Kelly actively volunteers her time dropping off delicious bakery treats to her nearest fire and police stations, helping First Responder organisations and providing consultancy. When she’s not helping others, you’ll find her in the kitchen baking and making a mess, crafting, or taking her dog for short walks.
