Meet Kelly

While Kelly has a special interest in supporting First Responders and their families, her support extends to everyone, no-matter who they are, or what they have going on.

Kelly proactively collaborates to identify the therapeutic strategy that works best for you, creating a tailored and achievable roadmap forward. She draws on her experience of working in the NSW Workers Compensation system to navigate cases where clients have been psychologically injured at work and applies her expertise in diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), to support you in meeting your individual needs and goals.

Kelly will always focus on what works best for you and partner with you to ensure you receive high quality and evidence-based care.

Face-to-face, telehealth (online), or walk and talk

Whichever option you choose, each is available for a Medicare rebate with a valid mental health care plan from your GP. Workers Compensation clients should contact us for more information.

I thank whatever gods may be for my unconquerable soul.”
A Quick overview of some of our THERAPEUTIC approaches here

CBT – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a structured, goal-oriented form of therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. It is widely used to treat issues like anxiety, depression, and stress by focussing on practical strategies to manage challenges.

EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing

EMDR is a gold standard technique designed to help individuals process and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories. It uses guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to assist in reprocessing distressing experiences.

ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based approach that helps individuals embrace their thoughts and feelings instead of fighting or avoiding them. It focuses on clarifying values and committing to actions that align with those values to create a meaningful life.
